The Danish designer behind a new exhibit and product “to reimagine and reenchant the world” will visit American University, as part of her US tour. The speaker is Nadja Pass, who identifies as a civic designer and conversation innovator. She is the founder of Concopia, an initiative developing new conversation etiquettes and experiential formats that strengthen democratic culture and civic imagination. The first half hour will include a demonstration of the Concopian cards for the civic imagination, and followed by a discussion on the implications of their new app and exhibit structure (now on show at the MLK central library in Washington, DC). Co-hosted by the Playful City Lab, the School of Communication and the College of Arts and Sciences.
